The roles and responsibilities of the CIO are as follows:

  1. Ensure all users comply with the Kota Tinggi District Council ICT Security Policy.
  2. Ensure that all organizational needs (financial resources, human resources and security protection) are sufficient.
  3. Ensure all users understand the provisions under the ICT Security Policy.
  4. Ensure risk assessments and ICT security programs are implemented as set out in the ICT Security Policy.
