1. Applicants must be 18 years of age and above.
2. Applicant must be a Malaysian citizen.
3. Applicants residing in the Kota Tinggi District are given priority.
4. MDKT reserves the right to reject the application if the applicant provides false information.
5. Prospective tenants from Civil Servants must obtain written permission from the relevant Department to conduct business.

1. Obtain application/reservation forms and make applications/reservations at
1.1 Property Valuation and Management Department Counter for Stall Rental.
1.2 Management Services Department Counter for Property Rental / Reservation (Hall, Arena,
field and equipment.
2. Download the application form and submit it to the counter as above.
